**Salary**: Dependent on experience

As the **Accounts Coordinator** you will manage and control the day-to-day accounting transactions of the business and ensure the timely recording of these. You will ensure the accuracy of all transaction recording and produce weekly and monthly reconciliations.
- Cash - banking, petty cash, payment control and all cash posting (multi-currency)
- Monthly recording and calculation of commission payments due to distributors and agents
- Supervision of supporting documentation for the authorisation of commission (international and domestic) and the subsequent payment of this commission
- Accounting for all expenses with the timely payment on expenses system
- Completing the expenses PAYE P11d information on a monthly basis
- Preparing all domestic and international payments, including all relevant documentation required for authorisation
- Petty cash accounting
- Weekly bank reconciliations on all bank accounts
- Prepare all the tax year-end schedules required for the weekly and monthly payrolls
- Monthly balancing of the purchase ledger and sales ledger control accounts to the general ledger, explaining any variances if they arise
- Preparing the main control accounts on a monthly basis (e.g. Wages control, Pension control, Intercompany reconciliations, Staff loan account, suspense account, GRNI)
- Supervising the accruals and prepayment schedules for the purchase ledger and expenses
- Maintaining and posting all additional accruals and prepayments for the UK
- Collating and submitting overseas VAT claims to Quipsound where applicable
- Preparing the required Financial Year End schedules for the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and bank accounts

- A Level 3 AAT qualification is essential (Financial support for further financial qualification available)
- Recent experience of working in a busy accounts office is essential as well as knowledge and experience of multicurrency transactions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
