**About you**:
You will be customer focused, have a passion for managing, motivating and developing teams. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and have proven experience of issue resolution and placing compliance as well as excellent customer service at the heart of your team, consistently achieving targets.

**About the role**:
Supervising the Nixon Hire Support Team, you will ensure right first-time customer service is provided and high-quality relationships with customers and the Regional Customer Excellence teams are maintained. You will be responsible for team achievement of company targets and making sure that Customer Service Level Agreements are met.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supervision of the team, monitoring performance and activity.
- Motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets set by the Support Manager.
- Offering guidance, supervision and direction to team members to ensure service delivery.
- Inducting new members of staff, coaching and mentoring on change of process and procedure.
- Management of the Nixon Hire Dashboard.
- Processing all contracts for posting and returns.
- Working with customers and suppliers, resolving invoicing queries, processing of all credits, potential discrepancies and cash collections
- Working closely with the Regional Customer Excellence Manager on root cause analysis of issues, implementing preventative measures, highlighting additional training requirements.
- Ensuring team members are completing transactions fully and compliantly on the system.
- Utilising Company resources and tools to assess team performance, holding one-to-ones on a regular basis.
- Working closely with the Support Manager to develop strategies for business generation.
- Managing relationships with Depot Management to ensure smooth transition of requests for hire and services.
- Ensure regular communication with the company credit control team to manage customer accounts.
