**About the role**:
This is a newly created role and integral in supporting the Regional Customer Excellence Managers and to our success story.

The focus of the role is supervising and maximising hires in your regional areas and providing excellent customer service, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with customers to meet and exceed personal and company targets.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supervising, coaching, and supporting all members of the Regional Teams
- Dealing with internal and external escalations as and when required
- Specific supervision of Hire Co-ordinator, Logistics Co-ordinator and Breakdown Co-ordinator as required by Regional Customer Excellence Manager
- Identifying communicating issues through appropriate escalations
- Understanding and familiarisation of the responsibilities of each of the Co-ordinator’s roles
- Provide training to both new and existing members of the team
- Provide cover for Regional Customer Excellence Manager as and when required
- Offering customers an efficient, knowledgeable and courteous service, where requirements are identified, ensuring the product is available to meet those needs and delivery is facilitated in line with agreed timescales and location
- Ensuring the best possible hire rate
- Following up with customers, to ensure successful delivery and obtain any feedback regarding equipment and service
- Requesting any necessary training in product awareness and participating in any organised training programmes.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure availability of all equipment to meet hire commitments, payment and management of contract issues
- Awareness of KPI’s for Hire, Planning and Breakdowns to ensure successful management of all activity within the Regional Desk
