**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring company assets are stored in the allocated areas as shown on each Depot Layout Plan.
- Checking completeness and accuracy of all paperwork in connection with equipment both leaving & retuning to the depot.
- Upon return to the depot, ensuring equipment is dropped off at the wash bay and cleaned where applicable. Ensuring checks are made for visible damage and recorded. Ensuring equipment is stored in the un-serviced area. Ensuring information is passed to the Workshop Manager / Workshop Administrator accordingly for Workshop Order processing.
- Ensuring fleet number are legible when equipment is made Ready for Hire and all equipment is stored in clearly defined, designated areas.
- Delivering/collecting items to or from sites or suppliers.
- Liaising with Stores Department to ensure adequate levels of cleaning equipment etc. are maintained.
- Adhere to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality processes to ensure we are compliant at all times
