Role: Production Supervisor (nights)

**Salary**: £34,000 to 37,000 per annum

Working pattern: 48 hours a week

Location: London

We are very excited to bring on this innovative food company to you, who of which are passionate about keeping quality at the forefront of everything they do, to ensure their customers are provided with nothing but the finest food on the market.

Key Responsibilities as Production Supervisor (nights):

- To oversee the Production team to ensure quality is kept consistent
- Working as part of the team with assistants, kitchen porters, the junior team and Sous Chef, to help create these high quality, delicious dishes as well as ensuring all stations are operating smoothly
- To provide training and support to ensure your staff reach their highest potential
- Ensuring all aspects of Food Hygiene Practices, Health & Safety regulations and Food Safety are being followed
- You will be reporting in to the Sous Chef
- Having previous experience working in a high volume, busy kitchen is essential*
- Hungry to develop and progress
- Is able to take responsibility for their performance, as well as the team's
- Can continue to work well and maintain a level head under pressure
- Excellent team work skills, with the ability to keep team morale high and motivate team members throughout
