**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Process and Customer Experience**_
- Full end-to-end management of search processes.
- Joining and eventually leading Discovery Briefing calls.
- Creation of search insights and sharing search live data for clients.
- **Network builder Community Development & Management**_
- Creating a global and/or regional network within a key skill domain in one of our 6 core Practice areas.
- Building networks from Manager, Director, VP and SVP level.
- Network building to create business development strategies both in existing and new accounts.
- **Commercial Development & Lead Generation**_
- Speak to communities to gain leads to share with Management team who will help convert.
- Support Consultants and the Management team with commercial activities.
- Learning and Developing sales strategy skills by supporting those in Client Service roles.

**Qualifications, Skills & Behaviours**:

- First rate communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary ability to foster strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
- Confident, motivated and ambitious with a coachable and proactive mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a combination of education, training and experience.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous.
- Science related qualification advantageous but not essential.
