Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salon Assistant to join our team. As a Salon Assistant, you will provide support to our salon professionals and ensure a positive experience for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the hair industry and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced salon environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist salon professionals with various tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and styling hair
- Prepare salon stations and ensure they are clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Assist with store management duties, such as inventory management and product organization
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling payments
- Upsell salon products and services to clients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a salon or beauty-related setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 per week
