**IT Technician**
Our client, a prestigious organisation based in Summertown, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an IT Technician.
**The Role**
- First/second line support of clients with questions and queries regarding IT
- Configuration of AV equipment
- Setting up desktops and laptops (Both Apple and Windows
- Working on Windows server network environments
- Create and maintain operational documentation
- Troubleshooting tickets
- Experience in working in an IT technician role (minimum 1 year)
- Experience of troubleshooting
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model and TCP/IP
- Experience with PC repair
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Comp TIA Network+, Linux, Microsoft hardware (installation) or any other relevant qualifications are desirable
