**Responsibilities**:
System administration: Manage the SAP Purchase Ledger system, including raising purchase orders, receipting invoices, maintaining supplier compliance, and providing feedback to suppliers when necessary & expense management in Concur system

Support with 3rd Party Supplier Management and administration: including contact management, supplier engagement.

Hiring administration: liaising with hiring teams & external recruiters to schedule meetings. Support Heads of Customer in ADP management system

Meeting administration: Attend meetings, record key actions, and follow up with internal stakeholders and external business partners on behalf of the team. Hold the pen on cross-functional calendar commitments.

Diary management: Manage the diaries for Heads of Customer, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.

Presentation and document creation: Support in the creation of presentations, documents, and reports as required for meetings, strategy sessions, and other events.

Holiday and rota management support: Assist the Heads of Customer and their team with various collation requests, including holiday and rota management.

Travel arrangements: Coordinate and book travel and accommodations for the team as needed.

Administrative management: Oversee the administration of the Vault, the Academy, TMC & Concur, and other systems for Heads of Customer and the Leadership Team.

Ad hoc support: Assist with other tasks and requests from all team members as needed.
