**Property Administrator / Co-ordinator**
This role is based in Burgess Hill Own transport is required due to location

**Salary - £18,000-£20,000**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00**

Reports to the Delivery Manager The Property Coordinator will manage the day to day account for our clients in line with the After Build process and Client Service Agreement, which in summary says: "Close jobs in 30 days without creating issues."

**Key Responsibilties**:

- Ensure all defects are recorded and monitored on our system in line with the After Build process
- Ensure jobs do not exceed 30 days in line with the After Build process
- Manage any jobs that become a "problem" effectivley and quickly
- Work with our Out of Hours support team to ensure these are resolved where needed within hours
- Report back to the Delivery Manager on a weekly basis the progress being made
- Attend review meetings with clients where required (this will be out of the office)
- To help After Build continue to develop excellent working relationships with our clients
- Any ad hoc duties that may arise out side of the job description Key Performance Indicators:

- E-mails are responded to within 48 working hours
- Telephones are answered within 3 rings
- Ensure all jobs are raised within 24 hours
- Ensure all 7 day notices with no response are failed in line with the After Build process - Ensure all jobs are completed within 30 days or the agreed SLA
- To undertake and pass the exams
