**The role, at a glance**:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing their respective territory through onboarding new customers and working towards making them Biamp partners. The Inside Sales Rep will achieve this through prospecting their region, developing a new customer target list, and using virtual selling techniques. We are looking for a goal-driven, charismatic individual who has a basic understanding of audio, or who is eager to learn audio.

**How you'll contribute**:

- Build and maintain a working database of new dealer prospects in the territory.
- Identify, contact, and qualify new potential customers.
- Follow up on leads for new customers provided by the Lead Generation department.
- Contact prospective customers to engage them in conversation about how Biamp can better serve their AV needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist in educating potential customers on the Biamp family of AV products via digital mediums.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches.

**You'll also support with**:

- Report on what sales tactics are working best in the territory.
- Report on trends in the market.
- Track and analyze communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years experience in sales.
- Proven history of setting and attaining goals.
- Strong communication skills in English, excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or experience within the AV industry preferred.
- Microsoft Office and video conferencing proficiency.

**Work Environment**:

- This is an onsite position based in Brighton, UK.
