**Your Mission**:
Join our dynamic Alternative Fleet Time Docking Capability (AFTDC) department as a Project Support Officer (PSO). This team is crucial in ensuring that Programme delivery aligns with Base readiness, providing safe, secure, and effective docking and engineering support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- **Document Coordination**: Manage the receipt and distribution of Programme documents, ensuring timely completion of required actions.
- **Platform Management**: Oversee AFTDC’s SharePoint and Teams sites, maintaining document control and naming conventions.
- **Communication Management**: Handle the AFTDC mailbox, coordinating responses and distributing information to the team and stakeholders.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize governance meetings, prepare and distribute documents, and track follow-up actions.
- **Project Support**: Assist in developing project trackers, reporting dashboards, presentations, and process diagrams.
- **Administrative Support**: Coordinate key activities and administrative tasks for the team.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, project teams, and stakeholders.
- **Interface Representation**: Represent AFTDC in meetings, managing internal and external stakeholder communications.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide updates and progress reports to relevant Client meetings.

**Profile**:
**Essential**:

- Extensive experience as a Senior Administrator
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 packages, including Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

**Desirable**:

- Experience in Managing Successful Programmes and/or Management of Portfolios
- ️ Risk Analysis and Management experience

- **Location**: Hybrid working with up to 3 days/week in the Glasgow office
