Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible and accountable for driving clients inbound leads and sales opportunities through Performance Marketing Campaigns.
- Shape the digital strategy with regard to paid social campaigns and directly execute campaigns using Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and other emerging platforms
- Campaign strategy and set up, implementation, optimisation and reporting
- Research into clients, competitors and relevant industries to help inform strategy and drive performance
- Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance, and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reportingManage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
- Engaging with clients and Performance Marketing and Brand Strategy Manager to ensure we have all creative assets required to succeed.
- Track, report, and analyse the performance of paid media initiatives and campaigns
- Writing or requesting ad copy as needed.
- Coming up with new ideas and constantly seeking to improve both client performance and our internal processes.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience running Meta/Linkedin Ads with the ability to produce a campaign that will provide a profitable ROAS along with an understanding at a high level of everything involved in performance marketing.
- Office Based Role in Banbridge, County Down.
- Experience of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Business suite including a knowledge of Facebook Pixel and CAPI.
- Experience of managing campaigns, developing strategies, optimising performance and analysing data to extract actionable insights.
- Strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise projects and work well within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Google suite.
- Bonus points if you have above-average graphic design or copywriting skills and any experience with other platforms like Google Ads, TikTok, Capcut, Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Centre, Shopify or Wordpress.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation with related tools such as AI
