**The company**
Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide.
Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based in Suffolk, and the surroundingarea's, working on a Key Commercial contract.
**The position**
This role will be working as part of the projects team supporting the project managers with the daily requirements on their projects. This will include H&S documentation, site inspections, coordinating projects and all associated tasks.
You will also get the opportunity to manage your own small value projects.
You will be encouraged to develop your skills and be supported through further training such as APM and SMSTS.
**Could this role be for you?**
- Thorough understanding of Project Co-Ordination
- Control and update records and documentation
- Engage with supply chain/subcontractors for requests for quotations and information
- Order and Track PO's / Materials
- H&S knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills - proficient communication skills, both written & verbal with demonstrated ability.
