Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator job in Blackburn Hospital area.

About The Job:
Mon - Fri
8 am - 5 pm
£9.75 p/h
**Duties**:
Log reactive tasks on CAFM systems
Produce reports to demonstrate Helpdesk performance
Scan and file completed worksheets
Description:
We run facilities management for Royal Blackburn Hospital and run an on site Helpdesk which fields calls from members of ELHT and logs them on a bespoke CAFM system. After logging we need to liaise with engineers and subcontractors to progress each job to completion.
