Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join a prestigious institution. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for education and strategic management. As School Business Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the efficient administration and financial management of school, supporting the mission to provide the highest standards of education and care to all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and strategic allocation of resources to support educational objectives.
  • Human Resources: Lead on recruitment, HR management, and staff development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism among our team.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of our state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring a safe, inspiring, and conducive learning environment for all.
  • Administration: Streamline administrative processes, including data management, compliance, and reporting, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the school's vision, goals, and values.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with staff, parents, governors, and external partners, promoting collaboration and community engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the education sector or relevant administrative/financial leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgetary management skills, with a track record of effective resource allocation and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to financial management and administration.
  • Knowledge of education legislation, policies, and best practices.
