HRGO are seeking a Helpdesk Operator to join our client in Blackburn, This role is a Temp to perm position.

**Hours**:8am-5pm Monday-Friday

**Pay**:£10.47 Per Hour / Paid Weekly In arrears

DBS Check will be required for the role

**Responsibilities**:

- To be the first point of contact for the helpdesk, logging all calls on a maintenance/call logging database to agreed onsite procedures
Monitoring helpdesk calls via task control to include assigning, issuing and closing out of reactive jobs, as well monitoring and despatching planned maintenance jobs.
- To use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with callers, clients, FM colleagues etc
- Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained providing a suitable audit trail
- To provide administration/helpdesk support to other members of the administration team during absence

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- A proven background in administration and customer service
- Knowledge of SAP, Coupa & Plan (not essential)
- Awareness of FM business industry & service delivery would be an advantage (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to call clients with confidence
- Excellent organisation skills are essential
