**Marketing Communications Manager**

AtkoreFlexicon is hiring a Marketing Communications Manager to give support to the Marketing Department which is responsible for all marketing activities within Flexicon. The Marketing Team supports the Sales Teams by producing high quality marketing collateraland information and assisting at marketing events in the UK and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reporting to and assisting the Product Marketing Manager
- Contribute to the entire product portfolio, development and product marketing
- Managing all marketing communications for the company and activities to drive Customer engagement and Lead generation for both UK and International Markets
- Creation, publication and distribution of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
- Preparation and co-ordination of marketing campaigns to support profitable sales growth
- Utilise new and innovative communication methods to enhance engagement with our Customers
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and return on investment
- Manage and drive the use of CRM data within Salesforce to capture and manage the effectiveness of Sales Leads
- Manage our On-line presence and digital assets including website, social media, videos, whitepapers, datasheets, photography and animations
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications using KPI's to track performance and initiatives
- Manage and coordinate all UK and International Exhibition and Trade Counter activities for the brand
- Maintain and manage brand standards and corporate guidelines across all our UK and International Distributor partners
- Manage external agencies as required to support - PR and Creative Agencies
- Manage the Marketing Communications Budget
- Manage our Customer Survey process including NPS, and provide regular report out for the business to support Customer Journey Improvement
- Ensure people-management, aid in recruitment, motivation of employees and training and development support of direct reports.
- Ensure a high level of team relationships exist internally & externally within Atkore.
- Provide critical leadership and exhibit teamwork with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient sales & customer service journey.
- Liaising effectively with other internal managers to deliver best in class service & achievement of SLA’s.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Studies

**Experience/knowledge**
- A minimum of 5years’ experience of operating within and managing Marketing Teams.
- Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytical and reporting responsibility, ideally from a range of data sources, and within a commercial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite, specifically advanced Powerpoint, Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
- Adobe Creative Suite full proficiency including Photoshop/InDesign for artwork and creative content
- Experience of working with GoogleAnalytics
- **Experience of working in industrial manufacturing**:

- Experienced working in a fast growing company - indicative range of £10m to £50m
- Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Exposure to working with international customers / markets

- Ability to work as part of a team and manage a team
- Ability to work create reports and statistics
