What you’ll do


We are looking to strengthen our Product team with a Recruitment Product Manager. You will be joining a dynamic, creative, forward thinking team and will help shape the future product development for the company in line with the organisational strategy.


The role of Recruitment Product Manager in Mercury will provide the wider Product team with insight into how recruiters will use our products to aid the Product Owners in delivering appropriate tailored solutions.


The Recruitment Product Manager role will ideally be someone who has had extensive recruitment experience, they will be a logical thinker and have an analytical approach. They will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to work closely with the Product Owners to ensure that the product deliverables consider the typical use cases of a recruiter and reflect how the recruiter will use the system.


We are seeking a collaborative individual who can align diverse perspectives and steer the product roadmap towards achieving our business goals and delivering exceptional value to our customers.


Who you are


You will be either a current/ex Senior Recruiter or someone who has been a Product Owner with extensive recruitment knowledge.


  • Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of recruitment and a view of the future direction and requirements of the market as a whole.
  • An excellent communicator and logical, analytical thinker.
  • Experience of undertaking competitor analysis.


You will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing our innovative product. You will lead discussions and idea generation sessions with both internal teams and external stakeholders, and work closely with the wider product team to gather and synthesize feedback, define product requirements, and prioritize features. Your leadership and strategic vision will drive the development process, ensuring our product continuously meets and exceeds the needs of our users.

At Mercury, we believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration. That’s why we encourage our team members to join us at our Coleshill office 2 days per week. However, we’re all about flexibility, so we support remote work the remaining days if that’s your preference.
