**Service & Maintenance Coordinator - Ascot**

Due to continued business growth, a new position has been created within the H&K Service Department, Ascot, to support the existing team.

**Outline Job Description**:

- Working within the existing team, to support our South East service region.
- Planning & booking-in of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits.
- Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts.
- Scheduling & organising Reactive Remedial Works.
- Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
- Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider H&K Team.
- Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
- General office administration duties, as required by the business.
- Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.

Applicants must be reliable, punctual, good team players and have good communication & IT skills.

Knowledge & experience within the Fire Detection industry would be desirable, although experience in a related engineering our service delivery field would also be considered
