Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Building Manager with various tasks such as client meetings, building surveys, and overseeing.
- Taking meeting minutes for internal and operational meetings.
- Creating weekly reports and monthly reports for the NHS client plus day to day client communications
- Maintaining records to demonstrate compliance with laws and regulations, particularly in facility management.
- Providing administrative support for ISO 9001 system compliance.
- Assisting with procurement tasks, such as preparing purchase orders and managing inventory, maintaining supplier contact information.
- Demonstrating proficiency in office administration, written and verbal communication, numerical and standard software skills (Windows, MS Office.
- Having basic numerical skills and familiarity with common software packages (Windows, MS Office).
- Understanding and managing health and safety issues.
- Promoting the facility's and the company's good reputation and observing company policies/procedures.
- Respecting the confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Salary: £16k - £17k per year
