We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.

We are looking for a scheduler with experience in property maintenance services.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with housing associations and landlords regarding new and ongoing repairs
- To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas.
- Schedule engineers’ diaries.
- Reviewing engineers’ reports to ensure adequate photos and information is provided.
- General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Must be computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer and team focused

**Additional Information**:
Language: Good spoken and written English
