**An e**xciting opportunity to join Reservations team at **our 5 Star super-boutique **The Londoner hotel as a Reservations Specialist. This role comes with forward career progression.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity has arisen to join The Londoner reservations team as Reservations Specialist.
- Responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs, make accurate reservations which provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing revenue potential.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded in appropriate systems and customers are provided with excellent service delivery as determined by the company standards.
- Be the guest advocate ensuring all guests' needs from the initial booking to follow up.

**About You**:

- For this role of Reservations Specialist, we require previous reservations or hotel reception experience within a 4- or 5-Star hotel.
- Natural tele sales ability including closing skills, tone of voice.
- Ability to effectively listen and position hotels to meet guests needs.
- High level of hotel product and services knowledge.
- Ability to generate revenue by all means available.
- Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, Including Opera and ideally Salesforce.
