**Overview of Role**

We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated sales adminstrator experienced to join us as be part of our growing team.

Working at one of our Victoria based hotels the individual would be expected to support the Front of House Team and wider team in maintaining Guest Experience and Sales for the hotel.

**The Role**
- Manages Guest Journey from check in through to check out, ensuring all procedures are completed and data is captured correctly.
- Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received.
- Responsible for training receptionists on hotel values, customer service and processes for shift handover.
- Ensure guests are supplied with all the relevant information, e.g. Breakfast and Check-out times, recommendations for restaurants etc. and whatever is necessary to make the stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible, e.g. tea/coffee sachets, extra pillows
- Answers all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally to ensure that guests receive calls, messages, faxes and deliveries without delay
- Communicates effectively with the Housekeeping and Maintenance department daily on vacant and dirty rooms, staying abreast of the status of the hotel at all times
- Selling of hotel extras to customers to generate revenue.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Building and maintain relations with new and existing clients like corporates, groups etc.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and objectives.
