**Care Supervisor - Domiciliary Care Sector - £25,500 p.a.**

We are working with a great organisation with an established customer base and excellent team spirit.

Within this role you would be responsible for ensuring your customers and carers receive the best quality service. Care is provided within the customers home, as such you may be required to travel so a drivers licence is essential.

This role would suit someone with care supervisor experience or someone who has worked as a Senior Carer and wants to progress their career, full support and training will be provide.

Within this role you will supervise Carers out in the field, carry out spot checks and quality audits and undertake customer service reviews.

- Previous experience of working in homecare
- Strong communication skills
- To be a team player, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook
- Be able to pay strong attention to detail
- Have experience of supervising a small Team of Carers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- To be able to think fast on your feet and make quick decisions

**As Care Supervisor you will be required to:

- Manage new packages of care and coordinate the care starting
- Respond to customer care enquiries and carry out care consultations
- Match the right carer to the right client, depending on skills/availability/location
- Assist the Branch Manager with day to day operations
- Respond and resolve customer queries
- Assist with inducting and supervising of new Carers to the organisation
- Develop strong working relationships with carers and clients
- Be part of the On-Call Team - paid for as extra salary
