Credit Support Administrator

Adele Carr Financial Recruitment are keen to speak to exceptional Credit Support Administrator's who are looking to work for a global, agricultural multinational organisation organisation in Liverpool.

**The Role**:
**Core Duties**:
Running and analysing credit status reports in line with current insurance policies and procedures

Perform pre-credit evaluation work to support, assessing customer viability.

Updating Accounts system Fresh Trade - new customers, suppliers and maintenance of these records

The production and maintenance of business-critical spreadsheets inclusive of our Master Control Limit Management System, which incorporates Credit Limits, Review Dates, New Customers etc.

Running of Agency reports Credit Safe to set limits and update control sheets with findings.

Preparation of 7 day letters and Pre-Legals assisting both Foodservice and Wholesale Managers with legal work

Preparation and action of exceeded credit limit reviews

Preparation of debtor reviews per site by credit terms and monthly terms

Preparation of monthly debtor reporting suite inclusive of trading histories

Running and issuing national statement reports on a weekly basis.

Building of customer monthly reconciliations

Construction of Wholesale Key customer reports weekly

Daily check with our Credit Insurance Company on-line for changes and updating manager with findings.

To act in accordance with department Policies & Procedures, with full Audit & Data compliance

General Office duties and ad-hoc requirements

**About you**:
Prior experience in a Credit Management environment with an applied understanding of different business types and how this affects credit controls when dealing with companies and individuals.

Understanding of legal entities and importance of accuracy

Proven analytical skills with ability to review financial data and document findings.

Proven Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Able to work well in a team environment.

Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task

Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Excellent time keeping and attendance record.

Precise with attention to detail, accuracy in work is a critical criterion.

Able to achieve set targets and deadlines.

Able to stay calm under pressure.

**Core hours**: 40 hours Monday - Friday (flexibility 2 days in office and 3 days from home)

**Pension**: Defined Contribution, after successful probation period, 3% Employer and 5% Employee

**Annual leave**: 25 days plus bank holidays

**Probation period**: 3 months

**Notice period**: 1 month
