**Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full time Esports Coach to join our team and support our young learners.
As an Esports Coach, you will guide, mentor, and train out students in various Esports titles, fostering both their individual skills and teamwork within a supportive and encouraging environment.

You will be expected to have a working knowledge of both **Fortnite and Minecraft**.
Having knowledge of other titles such as CS, Dota, LOL or Fifa is a plus

The role will require **Weekday and Weekend Availability.**

**Additional Benefits**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute training programs tailored to different skill levels and ages..
- Provide coaching and mentorship in specific game mechanics, strategy, tactics, and teamwork.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, workshops, and match days to enhance players' gaming skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes sportsmanship and healthy gaming habits.
- Monitor and evaluate players' progress, offering constructive feedback and personalized improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the management team to coordinate tournaments, events, and competitive opportunities for the students.
- Stay updated on the current Esports trends, strategies, and game updates to provide relevant coaching.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- A deep passion for Esports and a strong understanding of various popular Esports titles.
- Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring youths in gaming or Esports.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young players.
- Knowledge of gaming strategies, game mechanics, and tactics in popular esports titles.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate youth schedules.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in competitive gaming or coaching at a semi-professional or professional level.
- Familiarity with a variety of esports titles such as League of Legends, Fortnite, Dota 2, Overwatch, CS:GO, etc.
- Certification in coaching, education, or a relevant field is a plus.
