**In addition to the day to day tasks you will strive to**:

- Participate in the Continuous Improvement Programme (PPI), chipping in to the development and implementation of improvement initiatives within the department and identify process improvements (Kaizens)
- Fulfil the responsibilities of the position as defined in the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and associated Codes of Practice. To actively promote Health and Safety awareness of all other employees
- Be a Role-model for the Thermo Fisher 4i Values

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Previous knowledge of working within a customer service environment & experience of working within a team
- Solid understanding and experience in using SAP
- Intermediate to advance the skill level of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly developed organisation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Complaint handling/conflict resolution.
