On behalf of our client in Basingstoke, M4 Recruitment are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for a Permanent position.

As a Customer Service Administrator, your main duties would be as follows:

- Delivering excellent customer service through giving clear direction to the customer via the delivery team and liaising with both internal and external customers
- Working alongside the planning team
- Call to confirm delivery arrangements
- Arrange alternative delivery arrangements with end customers, lead customer and planning team
- Coordinate on road issues with drivers
- Be the key interface between customers ensuring a balanced approach is taken to delivering high levels of customer service
- Record call results with high levels of accuracy
- Operational administration as required
- Any other duties as requested

Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator role:

- Attention to Detail
- Team Player
- Experience in making and receiving high volume of calls
- Proficient on Microsoft Office, must be able to use Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Excellent Communication and organisational skills
- Use own initiative
- Great team player
- Highly adaptable and able to work under pressurised situations
