**Vacancy description**:
This is a vital role within VPZ, and you will help the stores run smoothly. As part of your daily role, you will support our friendly property maintenance team doing the following:

- Working on a helpdesk, responding to tickets from colleagues in stores across the country asking for assistance with maintaining the property.
- These tickets vary from be electrical, plumbing, IT issues and you arrange for work to be done to fix these.
- You stay in touch with the situation and keep up to date to ensure a resolution and get the store problem solved
- Process any maintenance data to keep track of jobs done.

Training is provided to support you as you work for the team, on systems including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and One Drive

- Amazing training is provided but a passion for the role is important.

**Additional information**:

- Salary: £14,000 per annum
- Working hours: 37 hours per week.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
