Are you a committed Support Worker dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with their mental health? Are you able to build strong and lasting relationships with service users and assist them in creating a toolbox of coping mechanisms to manage the barriers that they may be facing?

If so, BRC are working with a passionate organisation looking for a mental health support worker to join their friendly team. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary and career progression, as well as the reward of making a positive contribution in the community.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing a case load of service users.
- Liasing with external services such as healthcare, financial support, and police.
- Building and maintain relationships with service users.
- Offering a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proactively anticipating client’s needs.
- Ensuring that notes and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and risk assessment.
- Actively contributing to the wider team and maintaining a positive attitude.

This is a rewarding, yet challenging role which would suit a Support Worker who is resilient but able to work with empathy. Additionally, you will benefit from working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
