Administrator/coordinator

We are excited to be recruiting an Administrator/Coordinator who will perform a range of tasks to support our seamless and efficient 5-star service to our customers. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls from existing clients as well as new prospective clients, being the first point of contact for all calls during your assigned hours
- Managing diary for team members
- Confirming appointments
- Marketing properties online
- Updating company spreadsheets
- Providing feedback to clients
- Office administration
- Providing support to all other ad hoc business administration tasks
**Person Specification**
- High Level of IT literacy with good experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Skills in multitasking and time management
- Be highly effective with written & spoken communication skills
- Be highly organised with the capacity to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently but also as part of a team
- Customer focused approach at all times
- Positive approach to all tasks is essential
- Highly self-motivated
This position will work for 4 hours per day from 14:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday in our Croydon office.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Croydon, CR0 2RD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
