Operations Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to join our growing Operations Team at our Head Office based in Croydon.
Previous administration experience is essential as this is a fast paced, dynamic role incorporating many different areas of the business.
Training will be provided on the job so the ability to learn quickly is crucial.
Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential to undertake the daily tasks.
Excellent knowledge of using Word, Excel & PowerPoint as this will be used on a daily basis.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Booking subcontracted services for clients such as waste, pest, hygiene etc
- Sending quotes for additional services and goods to clients
- Collating data and compiling client reports
- Monitoring and dealing with reactive tasks through a shared Inbox
- Supporting nationwide management team with ad-hoc requests
- Coordinating delivery of goods to clients and arranging delivery notes
- General administrative duties such as typing, answering calls etc
