Nationwide property developer seeking a Health and Safety Officer to manage health, safety and welfare throughout the company.

Sites will be located in Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire, Manchester and North Wales.

Tasks will include but are not restricted to:
Carry out training and assessments for office and site staff and maintaining training plan

Carry out subcontractor verification

Work with site managers to carry out risk assessments and implement safe working practices

Work with transport/plant officer to ensure testing of machinery & equipment is up to date

Manage accidents and near misses and review working practices

Submit SHE files & F10 notifications at the start of each development

Stay updated with H&S regulations

Any other Health and Safety certifications and qualifications are encouraged.

Competitive salary offered approximate range £25,000- £35,000 per annum depending on experiance

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
