Administrative Assistant

To verify that the customer purchase order matches the MPE quotation
Enter customer orders on to the MRP system and send order acknowledgement
Send delivery reports to the customers
Upon receipt of an amended customer order, update system and complete the relevant sections on the internal order amendment tracker
To cover MRP and manual purchasing when required
To assist admin team as and when required
Any other task as reasonably directed
To comply with company and ISO procedures, and health and safety requirements
