**Accounts Administrator**

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, Pension

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of finance-based tasks, predominately relating to Purchase Ledger.
- Inputting invoices and matching to purchase orders from our MIS system
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Checking statements
- Any other General Financial tasks as directed by the accounts department
- Taking calls and messages and assist on Reception when required.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in the role of Accounts Administrator, you will be a competent with excellent communication skills. You will be numerate and comfortable working with systems (some experience with Sage Accounting would be advantageous, but not essential). This role could suit someone who has worked as a Finance Administrator, Office Administrator or Accounts Assistant.

**Company Information**

You will be joining a long-standing, successful print manufacturing business who operates from offices on the Bellbrook Estate in Uckfield. The team comprises of predominantly long-standing staff - a testament to the positive culture embraced by the company.

**Package**

Negotiable depending on experience.

37.5 Hours a week, 9.00am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

26 days holiday plus bank holidays

Death in Service x one year’s basic salary

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
