T3 magazine is the ultimate guide to smarter living. For some 27 years now it has reflected on the shifting relationship between technology and lifestyle, showcasing beautiful things: from watches to wearables, fitness to fashion, phones to cars in a premium magazine format, encompassing both print and digital.
This is a rare opportunity to edit one of the UK’s most established technology lifestyle print magazines.
**What you'll be doing**
As Editor at T3 magazine, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class magazine every month that works for readers and advertisers, and is produced on time and to budget. In addition to maintaining current quality levels, you’ll be required to develop and improve existing content to keep your magazine fresh and exciting. Where appropriate you'll also work closely with your online counterparts to ensure content from your magazine is used efficiently and effective online - and vice versa.
You'll lead the editorial process, ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently, ensure standards are met and issues are addressed, have a vision for the magazine and work with vertical management team to shape that vision into a long-term editorial strategy, identify trends within the market and react to market conditions in a timely and appropriate way, and work with art staff to ensure design standards are met and satisfy reader needs.

- Experience of managing people, budgets and projects.
- Organisation and time-management skills.
- Rigorous standards of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent magazine craft.
- Ability to think commercially.
- Excellent industry contacts.
- A strong knowledge of the sector, and the relevant trends, techniques and products that will be of interest to our readers.
- Proven ability to write high-quality engaging, relevant content.

The expected range for this role is £33,000 - £36,000.
This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
