About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Content Strategy Director to lead our Lifestyle and Homes Audience team at Future. This is a rare opportunity to support the growth of some of our fastest growing brands, including Homes & Gardens, Livingetc, Woman & Home, Ideal Home, Real Homes, and GardeningKnowHow.
As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with editorial leads to shape content strategy, achieve traffic and revenue goals, and drive year-on-year growth. You'll also manage a team of 3 Audience experts, who help editors choose the right topics to write about and the right content to update, ensuring search engines and readers are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth
- Work with editorial leads to shape content plans and achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of Audience experts to support editors in content creation and optimization
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Managing Director and Global Brand Director to grow organic audiences and forecast traffic targets
- Support the Audience Director in leading a team of 20 Audience experts to innovate new tools and ways of working
