In this high-profile role, you will work closely with the firm’s existing partners to contribute to the wider development of the practice. You'll be a strong technical tax specialist who is commercially aware, client-focused, and committed to delivering the highest level of service. You will provide strategic leadership, drive growth, and deliver excellence in client service within an environment that values personal and professional development. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the provision of corporate tax services, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance
- Lead complex tax advisory projects and develop bespoke tax strategies for clients
- Build, manage, and nurture client relationships to maximise business opportunities
- Contribute to the overall strategic development of the tax department
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the team to foster talent within the firm
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive client service

**Requirements**:

- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CTA), with significant experience in corporate tax
- Proven track record of managing and growing a successful tax department
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to seeking new opportunities
- Sound knowledge of UK tax legislation and the ability to interpret complex tax matters
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: £80,000.00-£130,000.00 per year
