Here’s a great role for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a progressive business. This role, reporting out of their Derby location will see you getting hands-on and working on interesting projects.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Ability to follow company processes in line with the workstream
- Confident with liaising with people at all levels
- A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Having direct client and internal contact working in a variety of customers
- Liaising with a wide range of people to deliver against the project requirement
- Dealing with queries from inception to completion
- Happy to learn new terminology and technology

This role is aimed at someone who has experience of working within a busy environment with multiple conflicting priorities, you will thrive on the buzz.

**Salary & Benefits**

£22,000 - £23,000pa depending on experience
