A & M Group are a family run multi-franchise group. Since we started in 1986 we have grown to become a well known dealer in agricultural and construction equipment.

Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking to employ an Administrator who will be based at our busy Bridgend head office. We require an experienced individual to enhance our already successful team and assist us to grow.

The Role / Requirements of this Administrator:

- Accounts payable
- Managing both our existing and new customer accounts
- Liaising with existing managers to ensure the smooth flow of work through the workshop
- Assigning jobs for our technicians at our depot
- Warranty processing
- General dealer administration

You’ll have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and target driven whilst being organised and have a great eye for detail, as well as being committed and reliable.

**Experience**:

- You will ideally have a strong background in admin or bookkeeping, whether that is in agriculture, construction or out of the industry completely
