**About the role**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets? Gallus Online are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Advisors in our new office in New Town, Edinburgh. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Accurately process customer orders, payments, and returns in a timely manner.
- Actively promote our products and services to prospective customers and upsell additional offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
