This role is integral to building relationships with schools and 6th forms to promote Kendal college by delivering liaison events and identifying opportunities to grow partnerships within the community and local businesses.

This role also supports the delivery of college marketing, recruitment, and training of college ambassadors and supporting student services with admissions and enrolment processes.

**Job requirements.**:
**Qualifications**:

- Essential_
- A level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- English & Maths at Level 2 (GCSE A* to C or equivalent).
- Desirable_
- Careers / IAG Level 3 or above.
- IT level 2 or above.
- PGCE / teaching qualifications.

**Experience**:

- Essential_
- Experience in developing effective relationships/partnership working.
- Experience in developing promotional / information materials.
- Desirable_
- Experience within an FE or educational environment.
- Experience working with young people and adults in a careers/personal development environment.

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Essential_
- The ability to travel with equipment to catchment schools.
- Knowledge of career education.
- Ability to relate to young people and adults.
- Team player with enthusiasm and perseverance.
- Good copywriter/proofreader.
- Evidence of very good organisational skills, encouraging positive, collaborative working practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision but refer issues appropriately on the initiative.
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written, IT and communication skills.

- Full clean driving license.
