**Temporary Sales Administrator Responsibilities**
- Order placement
- Sending order confirmations
- Monitoring pre-payments
- Sending final customer invoices
- Acting as an interface between UK Sales and Customer Care Centre
- Working as part of EMEA administration team
- Salesforce administration

**Temporary Sales Administrator Requirements**
- Customer focus and previous customer service experience
- Very good communicator (with customers and colleagues)
- Influencing both internally and externally to generate sales
- Management and organization skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Commercial awareness and experience of following business processes
- Strong IT skills, especially MS Office is desirable
- High levels of energy and drive
- Ideally you will be a Salesforce user, and if you can speak either German or Japanese, this would be hugely advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously, but get along well with staff from other departments

**The Location**

Our client is based in Oxfordshire (OX14), and there is ample parking on site. The client is ideally looking for someone to start immediately. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to attend the office each day.

The working hours are 37 per week. Employees work 8.30am until 5.15pm (half an hour for lunch) on Monday to Thursday, and then 8.30am until 12.30pm on a Friday.
