The role of a Reward Consultant will be joining an innovative Reward team, having the opportunity to develop and progress in their career. You will be preparing reward analysis and recommendations, while continuously looking for improvements in data drivendecision making. You will be supporting the annual salary reviews across EMEA, whilst administering the annual salary benchmarking processes. Having the responsibility for the EMAE region, you will be implementing new flexible benefits platform whilst managingall Compensation and Benefits matters globally.
A successful Interim Reward Consultant will have the responsibilities of:

- Support the annual salary reviews across SMBC EMEA
- Administer the annual salary benchmarking review across all EMEA entities
- Deliver accurate modelling using SMBC bonus model including forecasting of SMBC bonus outcome
- Deliver relevant benchmarks across the business
- Analysing and preparing data and reports for the SMBC EMEA board
- Responsible for the EMAE region
- Implementation of new flexible benefits platform
- Remuneration review for EMEA including annual salary review
- Responsible for all Compensation and Benefits matters globally
- Creation of salary scales for 20 offices worldwide
- Responsible for negotiations with Amnesty International recognised Unions for all remuneration matter
- Management and implementation of all benefits provided globally (including pension, health insurance and life insurance)
- Responsible for immigration, tax and social security compliance
- Oversees all Global Mobility strategy and acts as the escalation point
- Responsible for the Gender Pay Gap reporting and analysis
- Responsible for making remuneration recommendations to the Board of Amnesty International for Senior Executives
