The Infrastructure Client-side Project Lead is responsible for the coordination, direction, and delivery of a set of Infrastructure projects and activities to deliver outcomes and benefits related to the Raynesway estate. They are the key role that ensure interfaces and liaison with the senior stakeholders/Executive and the Customer/Sponsor and supplies the supply chain with clear bounded scopes, objectives, and funding to deliver the investments against agreed schedules. The role will report to the Head of Delivery - Infrastructure Future Programme.

Type of projects are either Intermediates value investments at circa £50k - £5m in value and comprise of infrastructure repairs/improvements - modification or replacement of site utilities, installation of new capability, through to major refurbishments of manufacturing, office or plant buildings. Alternatively delivering a major project above £5m involving the extension or creation of a new build facility and/or associated infrastructure.

**What you will be doing**:
With this exciting opportunity your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead the integration across all projects and organisational boundaries to deliver outcomes & benefits
- Responsible for controlling, managing & monitoring the projects performance and delivery against objectives, - SQCDP etc. This includes oversight of the supply chain being managed by Group Property and RRSL Procurement
- Influence, manage and communicate with key programme stakeholders' (internal and external)
- Lead, coach and motivate the project team, including setting up, developing, and evaluating team performance where appropriate.
- Status reporting to the Infrastructure Programme Controls team, Heads of Delivery, and to the customer/end user.
- Leading teams, including the planning and prioritisation of their work, and the promotion of general culture and professionalism of project management throughout the Business.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information with individuals at all levels within the organisation/project team/supply chain, with experience of setting up and managing multi-functional teams
- Has experience in all stages of a project lifecycle and has been responsible for the delivery of one or more of those stages.
- Exposure to non-core project management roles such as Health & Safety, purchasing, commercial, engineering management etc would be an advantage.
- You will be capable of balancing competing interests (financial, human relationships and organisational interests)
- You are likely to be able to share a Project Management skills assessment (e.g., Association of Project Management) that you have completed recently which provides a quantified assessment of your knowledge and experience. Member of a professional body - Desirable
- Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience
