- The Role:
As a Digital Learning Designer you will be responsible for the design and development of engaging, on-brand digital and blended learning content across all areas of the H&B business, from product training, to our very own apprenticeship courses. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across a variety of formats, whether that is an interactive eLearning course, engaging training video, or working your magic to spruce up our training resources.

You will work closely with the rest of the Digital Learning team to produce all content, as well as working closely with the wider training and development team to ensure cohesive training is being delivered across the board. We are a very fast paced department, with new projects arising constantly with us being at the heart of the design and development - there are no 2 days the same in this job, that's for sure

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking content from stakeholders both in the training team and across the business and turning it into learning that is easily understandable and appropriate for the intended audience.
- Developing highly interactive eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline (or similar) to provide bespoke learning experiences for a variety of topics
- Developing eLearning courses in Articulate Rise (or similar) to create process driven learning for multiple areas of the business including retail and supply chain.
- Producing live action videos for learning, including all shoot preparation, filming, editing using Premiere Pro, and refining to create effective learning videos in multiple formats from masterclasses to process training
- Working with our international franchises worldwide to provide training that is culturally representative for learners in those countries, as well as working with translated content
- Ensuring all learning solutions fulfil the objectives in a clear, well written and creative manner no matter the format.
- Delivering all work in a timely manner, and working in an agile manner to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business and adapting to change whenever necessary
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, to ensure all learning is accurate and of the highest possible quality, whilst also making sure that deadlines are met by all stakeholders involved.
- Creating all learning with accessibility in mind. This includes providing text-to-speech, subtitles, and dyslexia friendly version among other things for all projects.
- The Person:

- You need to be able to think creatively and come up with new concepts and ideas
- Flexible and willing to learn new software and develop skills within the role
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition and Media Encoder
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Refining and rewriting learning content to make it engaging and suitable for digital
- Animation and motion graphic experience (Proficiency in After Effects)
- Video/Post-Production experience (Proficiency in Premiere Pro)
