Global Digital Analytics Lead - £55,000 - Warwickshire (Hybrid Working) - Luxury Retail
Reporting in to the Head of Data Science and Analytics, you will use data to improve the efficiency of marketing campaigns by generating actionable insight in to the business existing customers.
As a core member of the Data Science and Analytics team, this role's goal is to work closely with Data Scientists to generate insights, define strategies and work with global stake holders to drive digital platform effectiveness, lead generation and newcustomer acquisition.
The team have a test and learn approach, meaning you are free to experiment with new methodologies and initiatives that may not necessarily be successful, but provide a valuable opportunity to learn and drive optimisations.
THE ROLE
- Monitor and analyse digital platform performance, including website and social media analytics, to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital campaigns.
- Develop and implement datadriven tactics to improve customer acquisition and lead generation, through the use of various digital platforms and experiential channels
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Work with the digital and events teams in the development of customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement of success.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance to key stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and customer acquisition to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in digital marketing efforts across different regions and markets
- Partner with Data Scientists to develop and implement predictive models that identify potential sources of new customers and improve targeting efforts
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Experience working with CRM tools and particularly Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make datadriven decisions.
- Experience developing and implementing digital campaigns, including planning, execution, and measurement of success.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and tools, including website and social media analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in digital marketing efforts across different regions and markets.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and relevant laws and regulations related to digital marketing and data security
