Job description:
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently, with attention to deadlines
- Great attention to detail and able to convey information accurately
- At least 1 year previous office admin experience essential.

Duties & responsibilities
- Supporting the office managers with administration duties throughout the day
- Collecting ID documents from clients
- Handling of confidential information in line with GDPR regulations
- Raising invoices
- Filing
- Ensuring spreadsheets and databases are up to date
- Ensure all administration documentation is up to date and correct
- Establish and maintain administrative systems that ensure the effective and efficient running of the department
- Regular use of in-house systems to upload documents and update any client information

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
