**Full time, Permanent role**
An ambitious company based in Bury is seeking a permanent Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team, due to growth within the company and changes as a result of Brexit.
What does this role involve?
- This role would be supporting the sales co-ordinators for the UK and European distributors, helping to oversee each customers' order throughout the process._
- Communicating with clients regarding order, stock, delivery, and customer queries
- Sales order processing support
- Working with UK and overseas third-party warehouses regarding dates, instructions, and queries
- Responding to website enquiries in a timely fashion
- Invoicing orders
- Creating and reconciling paperwork
- Offering ad-hoc office administration support
Who would be the right fit?
- This role would be ideal for someone who is organised and energetic and looking to work in a growing company offering a dynamic, fast-paced, international working environment._
- Someone with a good level of IT literacy
- Ability to work in a customer-centric environment
- Good administration and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
